Repair B107 Generator return fuel pump.
Northern Arizona VA Health Care Systems (NAVAHCS) requires a fuel return pump to be installed on an emergency generator enabling fuel to be returned from day tank to storage tank, in any overspill condition. This Statement of Work (SOW) describes the installation of a return fuel pump for the B107 courtyard generator. This includes the installation with power (wiring) hookup.
NAVAHCS requires a fuel return pump to be installed on emergency generator enabling fuel to be returned from day tank to storage tank, in any overspill condition. a. Supply and install (mount) fuel pump.
b. Connect pump to pump control system (sauk) and terminate electrical.
c. Connect fuel piping from fuel pump to day tank.
d. Ensure pump and associated controls are fully functional and operate as designed, and conduct tests with NAVAHCS personnel for verification. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02, effective 12/22/2023. This solicitation is set-aside for: 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12.5 Million. The FSC/PSC is J043. The award will be made to the quote most advantageous to the Government and best meets the requirement described in the statement of work.
