Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Hackensack, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Bidder shall submit with the bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidder's contract. If the Bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashier's check it must be received at the Division of Purchasing no later than the time stated above at 1 Bergen County Plaza, Rm 370, Hackensack NJ 07601 The deadline to submit questions to 3/28/24 at 2:00 pm
