Site work for a water / sewer project in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: The removal and replacement of all residential water meters within the Village of Yellow Springs. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 10 percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, letter of credit on a solvent bank, or a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements. Bidder must submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. If no response within 24 hours call (937-497-0200) Question Deadline 06/22/2024 Questions received less than 4 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids as well as Alternates, including without limitation, nonconforming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor Bid informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the Work.
