The project scope of work includes a Base Scope and an Add Alternate Scope as listed below: Base Scope: The Contractor shall provide all material and labor to perform and coordinate all demolition and construction activities (material & labor) as required by the project's drawings and specifications. The project scope of work includes renovation of approximately 6,800 SF total. The Contractor's scope will require providing demolition, carpentry, electrical, data, HVAC, plumbing, painting, ceiling tile, door access controls, and floor cleaning/finish services.
