The Work Includes Furnishing and Installation of Improvement Elements Including: Flooring, Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing, Millwork, and Other Appurtenances as Required to Complete the Project. The facility is located at 1638 N. Bruce Street, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 and was built in 1974 Question Deadline 04/18/2024 at 12:00 PM PT All Questions Must Be Submitted Any Questions Regarding This Solicitation Should Be Sent to Mahsa Ghazian Arabi, Project Manager in Writing via Fax (702) 633- 1158 or Email Ghazianarabim@cityofnorthlasvegas.com. The Facility is Located at 1638 N. Bruce Street, North Las Vegas, Nv 89030 and Was Built in 1974. The Project Shall Be Completed Within Sixty (60) Consecutive Calendar Days From the Date Specified in the Notice to Proceed, Which Time Shall Include Resolution of All Punch List Items, Final Cleanup and Demobilization. The Estimated Monetary Range of the Project is: $100,000 to $110,000. The 1% Contractor List on Page Bp-7, May Be Included With the Sealed Bid. If the 1% Contractor List is Not Included in the Sealed Bid, It is Required to Be Provided Within Two (2) Hours of the City's Email Notification of the Bid Results From the Three (3) Apparent Low Bidders.
