This project is being re-bid. Replace siding at Clearbrook Park and Sherando Park bath house. Each building approximately 30 x 85' with attached 26' long x 7' high kickouts (x2 per building). Clearbrook Park bath house 130 Poolside Drive, Clearbrook, VA 22624 Sherando Park bath house 201 Splash Avenue, Stephens City, VA 22655 Email Cory Smith with any questions; csmith@fcva.us Provide labor and materials to horizontally cover entire 1st level of bath house with double 5" Dutch Lap vinyl siding in Flint color or similar. Color must be approved by Park staff. To provide labor and materials to vertically cover the upper level of bath house with vinyl board and batten siding in Bayou or similar color. Color must be approved by Park staff. Wrap 2x12 horizontally on each gable end of bath house with white metal to break up the two colors. Siding and soffit to wrap inside the gates on both front and back of building. Solid soffit to be white vinyl. Gutter and downspouts to be 5", white metal. Park staff will remove the 2 water fountains on East and West sides of bath house. Contractor responsible for all measurements. Excess material to be disposed of offsite. Contractor to supply two options: Clearbrook Park bath house siding replacement as option 1, and both Clearbrook Park and Sherando Park bath house siding replacement as option 2. Contractor has 45 days from mutually agreed start date to complete the project. If project is not satisfactorily completed at end of the 45-day period, Contractor will be charged $100 per day until project completion.
