10' Snow Plows SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall furnish and deliver fourteen (14) 10' snowplows. The units shall be in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this solicitation. The Commonwealth reserves the right to obtain technical data and to request clarifications when deemed necessary. Failure on the part of the Bidder to provide any of the aforementioned documentation within the timeframe specified when requested may be cause to declare the bid as non-responsive. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: One time purchase to be delivered within thirty (30) days of award (non-renewable). Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed to Rebecca Smith Coburn at Rebecca.Coburn@VDOT.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than 5:00 PM EST on March 15, 2024.
