The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to make the following changes. 1. Update the site visit date to 12 June 2024. The site visit time remains unchanged at 8:30 AM local time. 2. Update the date that bids are due to 26 June 2024, 3:30 PM local time 3. There are no other changes, and all other terms and conditions remain the same. 1) VGLZ 242006 Replace Segment of MV Feeder 1 from SW1-6 to SW1-12 2) Period of Performance: 180 Calendar days after Notice to Proceed 3) Set Aside:100% Small Business 4) NAICS Code: 237130 Pow er and Communication Line and Related Structures Contractors Size Standard: $45.0 Million 5) Project Magnitude: Betw een $250,000 and $500,000. 6) Submit Proposals no later than: See Box 13 and any amendments for Proposal Due Date 7) Prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference and site visit: See Clause 52.236-27 for time and date. (See Instructions for Access Requirements) 8) An Original Bid Bond is required, and due w ith Bid. 9) Solicitation and all information notices, amendments for this solicitation w ill be posted at https://sam.gov/content/home. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds w ill become available prior to but no later than 30 September 2024. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for aw ard if funds become available and the prices received are w ithin an aw aw ardable range. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
