The Work, more particularly, shall consist of: o The Contractor is to overlay/ resurface the following streets: Douglas Drive from SR40 Spur to 1230 Douglas Drive, and Bayard Ct from Old Mill Drive to End of Pavement (Cul-de-sac), and St. Helena Ct from Old Mill Drive to End of Pavement (Cul-de-sac), and East Church Street from Osborne Street to Ready Street, and East Weed Street from Ready Street to Norris Street, and Pinedale Ct from Pinedale Road to End of Pavement (Cul-de-sac), and Hallows Drive from 205 Hallows Drive to End of Pavement (Cul-de-sac). In addition, the work required includes: o The Contractor must install, repair or upgrade curb ramps to current ADA Standards within the project limits and schedule of items. o The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all traffic control required. o The Contractor to provide all necessary paving equipment, asphaltic concrete, painting equipment, stencils, paint products, and all other materials, equipment, and supplies as may be needed to complete the project. o The work shall be executed in the best and most workmanlike manner by qualified and efficient workers, in strict conformity with the best standard practice. Bids may be withdrawn by written request only if the request is received prior to the time and date set for the opening bids. Negligence on the part of the bidders in preparing his bid confers no right of withdrawal or modification of his bid after bid has been opened. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the time and date of opening of bids. The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, construction equipment, fuel, materials, and etc. required for the successful completion of the project. All Work shall conform to the Project Specifications and all applicable local, state and federal codes and regulations.
