Hand In Hand Early Childhood Center ("Hand In Hand") is seeking Proposals for: permit level construction documents, assistance with bidding, and construction project management in order to complete a 1,546 s/f addition to its existing facility and a 2,160 s/f addition to the parking area located at 5780 Brookside Circle in Lowville, NY 13367. The firm will also be asked to assist with any required design or permitting, if applicable, for minor projects located at Harrisville Central School District and South Lewis Central School District. These projects would include renovations to existing space and the addition of fencing and playground equipment, as necessary. The Development Authority of the North Country is providing technical services to Hand In Hand Early Childhood Center to assist with procurement, project management, and grant oversight. Violation of this provision may be grounds for immediate disqualification.
