Contractor must carry appropriate licenses and/or certifications providing authorization to perform Installation and/or Repair to a variety of brands of emergency lighting inverter systems. Contractor shall have adequate and qualified personnel in order to provide WCPSS with the service and/or response time requested. Must be able to handle multiple calls at one time, respond on a 24 hour7 7 day basis and will be expected to respond to emergency requests within 4 hours. Contractor must also be able to Install and/or Repair inverter systems and other associated equipment. Contractor will abide by NFPA 70E for safely working on all electrical systems. Contractor must provide a written service report for each installation and repair, detailing the scope of work completed on inverter system and associated equipment. WCPSS reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all offers when such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of WCPSS.
