Job order contract or service agreement for wake county public school system’s maintenance & operations dept. For fiscal year 2024-25, beginning july 1, 2024. Question Deadline 03/29/2024 at 10:00 AM ET (The rates submitted will be for the period of July 1, 2024 through July 31,2025 eligible for one year renewal): The scope of work defined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be referred to as the PROJECT. Deliverables shall include a pricing information, experience and methodology for commercial moves pertaining to public school environments Other types of appropriate insurance may be required depending upon scope of services provided. Examples are aviation liability, pollution liability, crime, employee dishonesty/directors and officers. Fire Sprinkler System Installation and Repair (JOC) - Contractor must carry appropriate licenses and/or certifications. The contractor must be qualified and able to perform repairs and maintenance on sprinkler, pre-action, and standpipe systems in accordance to, but not limited to, NFPA 13, NFPA 14, NFPA 25, and NFPA 72. The contractor must have the knowledge to ensure the operational integrity of the sprinkler system and be able to produce all documentation as required by NFPA 25 and the AHJ. The contractor must be able to respond on a 24 hour, 7 day basis and will be expected to respond to emergency requests within 2 hours. The contractor is expected to adhere to the scheduling time frame for beginning and completing the work as outlined by the WCPSS supervisor. Offerors are cautioned that this is a request for offers, not a request to contract, and WCPSS reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all offers when such rejection is deemed to be in the best interest of WCPSS. WCPSS reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality in bids and, unless otherwise specified by the bidder, to accept any item in the bid. If either a unit price or extended price is obviously in error and the other is obviously correct, the incorrect price will be disregarded.
