Gainesville Regional Utilities (GRU) maintains a total of seventy-seven generators. These generators are critical to the daily operations of GRU. Sixty-six of these generators are fixed and located at sites throughout the City of Gainesville and eleven are portable units. GRU is using this solicitation to Request submissions of proposal from contractors to provide services for the inspections, service, maintenance, and emergency service/repair for these generators. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, supplies, materials, parts, tools, scaffolding, machinery, hoists, employee safety equipment, equipment, lubricants, supervision, and all other work, materials, and incidentals expressly required for the inspection, service, maintenance, and repairs for Gainesville Reginal Utilities generators. All generators and related equipment shall be maintained per the specifications outlined below, and in full compliance with any local, state or federal regulations.
