Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits to construct the following: Demolition and removal of existing residence including portions of stem walls and retaining walls. Installation of new manufactured home, new retaining wall, and a stick build garage on slab and foundation. At the Department's Arlington Hatchery, located at 17619 316th St NE, Arlington, WA 98223, Washington, in Snohomish County. Substantial Completion shall be achieved by October 29, 2024.
