Estimate: $124,200.00 to $151,800.00 FCIS No. 101-ST-0048 Project No. 24-505-101-04 JL No. 68505 Scope of Work: Remove and repair all of the corrosion encountered from steel surfaces associated with exterior A, B, C and D wing's exterior columns. The Scope of Work shall include the removal of the existing asphalt, concrete, and backfill to expose the footing and baseplate of the columns. Cast-in-place concrete shall be used to encase the columns. Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractor's License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800 - SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS. The physical work is to be commenced upon issuance of a "Notice to Proceed" or as phased in the Special Notifications. Work shall be completed on or before August 1, 2024.
