The Fresno Unified School DISTRICT ("DISTRICT") will receive sealed bids for, to install two (2) confidential spaces in room D3 and path of travel work modifications at the existing parking lot. the provisions of Section 1770 et seq of the California Labor Code, each worker of the contractor and any of its subcontractors engaged in work on the Project shall be paid not less than the prevailing wage rate. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
