The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB" or "Solicitation") is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified Contractors (Bidder) interested in the provision of the Rock Creek Campus Building #2 Makeup Air Unit (MAU) Replacement for Portland Community College. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing Makeup Air Unit (MAU). The Contractor shall furnish and install the new MAU to comply with the mechanical design specifications. The plan for all proposed equipment to be installed shall be submitted to and approved by the PCC Project Manager prior to ordering and installation. The Contractor is responsible for access necessary for the equipment removal and installation, up to and including all relevant crane access. The access plan shall be submitted to and approved by the PCC Project Manager. All permitting shall be completed in conjunction with the PCC Project Manager. This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective January 5, 2024.
