Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Jersey City, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project involves the construction of a 10' wide pedestrian path along segments 3 and 10 and including new drainage, landscaping and lighting and all other work necessary to complete the project. Sections 5 and 11 include the construction on-street bicycle lanes consisting of pavement striping, markings and signage and new green infrastructure. This project must be completed within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days form the date of the Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall be responsible for all necessary maintenance and protection of traffic and pedestrian routes during construction. Work shall be performed in accordance with the 2019 NJDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction as amended by the technical specifications contained herein. Questions by prospective bidders concerning this bid must be done on-line Proposals MUST BE ACCOMPANIED by a Bid Bond or Certified Check, made payable to the City of Jersey City, in an amount equal to Ten (10%) percent of the Bid not to exceed $20,000.00.
