The work includes the construction of approximately: 1500 CY Excavation - Muck 10500 SY Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) 71000 SY Mill Bituminous Surface (1.5"-2.0") 9500 TON Type SP 9.5 Bituminous Wear Course 360 SF Modular Block Retaining Wall 80 EA Insulate Water Service 465 LF 36" RC Pipe Sewer CL V 12000 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter 2000 SF 6" Concrete Walk 12000 SY Turf Establishment with Hydroseed 2500 LF Solid Line Multi-Component Pvmt Striping Together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. A certified check or proposal bond in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, drawn in favor of the City of Roseville, shall accompany each bid. This can be submitted either electronically with your bid through BidVAULT or submitted via paper copy at or before the time of the bid opening. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.
