St. Johns County is soliciting sealed bids under Invitation for Dobbs Road and Old Moultrie Forcemain and Reclaimed Water Forcemain Installation The scope of work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a forcemain and reclaimed water forcemain between Dobbs Road and Old Moultrie Road, in St. Johns County, Florida. Bidders must obtain and review the Bid Documents, including all Attachments and Exhibits, as well as any issued addenda, for full details and instructions regarding submittal format, full scope of services, minimum qualifications and all other information related to this Bid. The scope of work for this project generally includes provision of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install a forcemain and reclaimed water forcemain between Dobbs Road and Old Moultrie Road, in St. Johns County, Florida Any and all questions related to this project shall be directed, in writing, to the Designated Point of Contact. Questions are due no later than Four o'clock (4:00PM) EDST on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, so that any necessary addenda may be issued in a timely manner. Any questions received after the deadline will not be answered unless previously approved by the SJC Purchasing Director or other designated County Representative. An Bidders shall promptly notify the Designated Point of Contact of any ambiguity, inconsistency, or error which they may discover upon examination of the IFB Documents or of the site and local conditions. Bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the IFB Documents shall make a written request to the Designated Point of Contact by or before the deadline for questions as provided herein. interpretation, correction or change of the IFB Documents will be made by Addendum. Interpretations, corrections, or changes of the IFB Documents made in any other manner will not be binding, and Bidders must not rely upon such interpretations, corrections, or changes. No change will be made to the IFB Documents by the County less than seven (7) days prior to the submittal deadline for Bids. The County, however, reserves the right to issue addendums at any time prior to the submittal deadline for Bids in order to serve the best interest of the County.
