Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brunswick, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 32,000-square-foot educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
The project will consist of Wings 2, 3 and 4 asbestos abatement. These wings will be started and completed in the following order: Wing 2, Wing 3, Wing 4. Only one wing at a time will be completed. Wing 3 asbestos abatement will not be started until construction in Wing 2 is complete. So, there will be three distinct phases of work separated by 120 - 150 days. The Glynn County Board of Education and R. H. Tyson Construction, Inc., encourages participation by local and minority subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Award of contracts will be based on a thorough evaluation of all proposals and what will be in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to select or reject any and all proposals. Proposals must be submitted in duplicate. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after time has been called on the date of opening Please direct all questions to Zack Daniel of R. H.
