The City of Warman Recreation and Community Services Department is putting to tender an new LED Display Screen located in the parking lot of the Warman Home Centre Communiplex on Centennial Boulevard in Warman. The City of Warman is a city of 12,000 people located north of Saskatoon. Built in 2011, The Warman Home Centre Communiplex is a multi-use recreation facility with an adjoining Middle School. Within this building are 2 large fieldhouse style gymnasiums, a 1,147 seat arena, a leisure ice, activity rooms, board rooms, office space and multiple food and retail space. The LED display sign is used for promotions for the recreation department, local groups, and businesses in the area. The City may also, at its sole discretion, award the proposed work to other than the low bidder. The proponent is advised that failure to satisfy any term or condition of this RFP may result in the rejection of said proposal. Further, any incomplete bids, bids not properly signed/dated, bids received after the closing date/time, bids that contain restrictions and/or provisions, bids completed in pencil, bids with incomplete calculations, bids lacking required information, will be rejected as incomplete. The work must be completed by July 5, 2024.
