Renovation of an educational facility in Carson City, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of this project involves furnishing all labor and materials for the Remodel of two Chemistry Labs. This project involves a refresh of two adjacent chemistry classrooms which are located on the second floor. In each classroom the scope of work involves removing and replacing the teachers' work station, student work stations and emergency showers. The entire suspended ACT ceiling system will be removed and replaced. Existing light fixtures and mechanical diffusers will be replaced with new in their original locations. The space will also receive new paint, flooring and base. This project has Three Additive Alternates. The Construction Cost Estimate is $580,000.00. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. See requirements regarding prevailing wage reporting in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Section 338.070. The right is reserved by CCSD to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed best for the interest of CCSD, All bid questions & RFI's due to Darrin Berger and Karen Jackson on or before Friday, March 29, 2024, 2:00 p.m. local time.
