This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the City of Regina (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for 2024 SaskPower Underground & Surface Works As a result in SaskPower installing new underground vaults, the City of Regina (the City) needs to complete the underground, road and concrete restoration within the SaskPower construction limits. The City requires the successful contractor to complete the construction of the following locations: 11th Avenue (Hamilton Street to Lorne Street) Saskatchewan Drive (Broad Street to Lorne Street) This work will include but not be limited to: Replace and lower existing water lines and water service connections. Remove, dispose, and abandon existing catch basins, catch basin leads and storm sewers. Install new catch basin manholes and storm sewer leads. Remove and dispose of existing gate valves. Replace existing hydrant leads. Install concrete base above underground works. Asphalt capping of underground works and SPC/Sasktel duct bank excavation areas under roadways and alleys. Install new sidewalks, curbs & gutters, median, concrete pavement, concrete box outs, driveway crossings and pedestrian ramps.
