**As of April 15, 2024 project was awarded but to National Water Main Construction awarded amount is not available.** The scope of Work contemplated for the above-named Project includes the CIPP sewer rehabilitation lining, manhole and bench restoration and seal, and spot repair as required, at South Street and Lewis Street, as well as all other Work of any type or description necessary for contemplation of the Project, whether or not specifically described in these Contract and Documents. All Work on this Contract shall be completed within 90 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Document notes : Contract Documents and Plans for the proposed Work, which have been prepared by Michael L. Willis, PE of the firm of T&M Associates, will be made available electronically or at the office of said Engineer at 11 Tindall Road, Middletown, NJ, 07748. Bid Packets must be accompanied by a Statement of Consent of Surety from a surety company holding a Certificate of Authorization to do business in the State of New Jersey and either a Bid Bond or a Certified Check drawn to the order of the Eatontown Sewerage Authority for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price amount, except that the check shall not exceed $20,000.00. The successful Bidder is hereby notified that a Performance and Payment Bonds for the full amount of this Project is required.
