SS-25-01, Cox Creek Interceptor Sewer Phase 3: This project includes open trench installation of approximately 2,250 linear feet of 24-inch sanitary sewer main at an average depth of approximately 20 feet; approximately 326 linear feet of 36-inch diameter steel casing with a 24-inch diameter carrier pipe installed via jack-and-bore under Interstate 5; approximately 2,300 linear feet of 12-inch and 6-inch diameter ductile iron water line; approximately 1,500 tons of asphalt pavement restoration; and related appurtenances. All City contracts contain a statement declaring the bidder agrees to comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 regarding payment of prevailing wages. The City's contract contains a clause which incorporates by reference all of the provisions of ORS Chapter 279C which are applicable to public contracts. Bidders are expected to be familiar with these provisions including, but not limited to, recent changes to ORS Chapter 279C. No bid will be received or considered unless the bidder is licensed by the Construction Contractors Board for construction projects or licensed with the State Landscape Contractors Board for landscaping projects. A 10% bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check must accompany each bid on all projects and must be forfeited if the bidder fails to enter into a Contract with the City of Albany within 10 days after the date of the Notice of Award. A scanned copy must be submitted with the bid.
