This work includes, but is not limited to, work relating to the construction and renovation of office spaces including, for example, flooring, painting, electrical, cabling, mechanical work. building, plumbing, masonry as well as what relates to the field of architecture. CONTRACT LENGTH The contract covered by this call for tenders is for a period of 36 months from its effective date. The probable start date of the contract is on or around May 1 , 2024. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee corresponding to 0.5% of the bid amount.
