Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Amarillo, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 10,400-square-foot educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Richard Milburn Academy/Texas, Inc. ("RMA"), an open-enrollment charter school, is requesting competitive sealed proposals ("CSP") pursuant to Texas Gov't Code 2269., Subchapter D for its RMA's Amarillo Campus Project - Demolition Phase ("the Project") located at 2400 27th Avenue SE, Amarillo, Texas 79103. Submissions received after this time will not be considered. The project involves approximately 10,400 SF building interior demolition of existing cosmetology school, including removal of drywall assemblies, interior finishes, doors, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Hazardous material abatement will be the responsibility of the successful proposer. To receive the electronic package, and update notifications, all requests for the construction package must include the name of the individual or firm requesting the package, company name, company address, telephone number, primary contact person, and email address for the primary contact.
