Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The City is seeking a supplier to retrofit 20th Street E between Idylwyld Drive S and 2nd Avenue S to improve pedestrian connections between Downtown, Riversdale and River Landing and to make 20th Street a pedestrian priority street (as identified in the City Centre Plan). This will include the addition of street trees using structural soil cells, narrowing and rationalization of traffic/parking lanes, and the potential to add additional on-street parking in key locations. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded April 2024 The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of until October 2024. Additional Information The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
