Town Clerk of the Town of Bedford will receive sealed bids for the provision of screened structural fill material. Vendors that download the specifications are required to provide their company name, email address, phone number, and mailing address by email to highway@bedfordny.gov in order to be placed on the official Plan Holders List, to receive Addenda and any other Bid correspondence. Bids received from Contractors other than those on the official Plan Holders List will not be accepted. Bid prices shall remain in effect for all orders placed for delivery on or before March 24, 2025. The Town of Bedford reserves the right to accept any bid in whole or in part and to reject any or all bids, as considered to be in the best interests of the Town of Bedford. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the date of the bid opening.
