Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Palisades Park, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 18,180-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility.

All Work Incidental Thereto, Including but Not Limited to the Palisades Park Borough Hall Fire Alarm & Suppression System and as Required in Accordance With the Project Manual. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids if it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. All questions regarding the project should be directed to the Architect and received in writing only via email to: office@aiarchs.com. Bids must be accompanied by a guarantee in the amount of 10% of the bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. Bids must be accompanied by consent of surety regardless of whether a check or Bid Bond is submitted. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Bidders electing to receive the specifications from a third party, or any other service or entity assume the responsibility of ensuring they receive any issued revisions or addenda. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
