The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the re-design and full replacement of the HVAC system, including ductwork, controls, and electrical, for the Kentucky State Police (KSP) Information Service Center at 1266 Louisville Road, Frankfort, Kentucky. Renovation requires the revision of the existing floorplans, including but not limited to construction of hard and modular walls. Portions of the facility will remain operational during the project.
