Description of Work Removal for salvage of reuse in the project of jersey fencing near the north line of the Weller Automotive property at 2528 Burlingame Ave SW, removal of asphalt millings in the same area, construction and installation of vinyl fencing, removal and salvaging of fencing along the current east property line of that property, removal of certain trees, removal and salvaging for reuse of jersey barriers along that current east property line, removal of excess soils and grading of property east of the current fence on the east side of the property, removal of other posts and items, removal and disposal of certain soils, reinstallation of salvaged jersey barriers and fencing, installation of new fencing including 3- strand barbed wire, placement and grading of gravel and processed millings, top soiling and seeding, and other work as detailed on the Weller Removal Plan and Weller Site Plan drawings prepared by Progressive AE. Coordination Contractor shall perform all work in coordination with Weller Automotive personnel, Wyoming Department of Public Works personnel, Wyoming Community and Economic Development Department personnel, and any affected utility providers. Timing and Phasing Contractor shall maintain access to all properties at all times. The City Engineer will have final authority and approval over all scheduling changes.
