The City of Lubbock, Community Development is seeking bids from qualified vendors for a minor rehabilitation to a single family residential home repair/remodel. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, reject any particular item on a bid and to waive immaterial formalities and to accept the offer most advantageous to the City in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise specified herein, the City may award the bid either item- by-item or an all-or-none basis for any item or group of items shown on the Bid Form. If the time requirement specified above is not met, the City has the right to reject this proposal and award the contract to another contractor.
