The traffic signal installation work includes furnishing and installing a traffic signal, traffic signal cabinet and controller, furnishing and installing traffic signal equipment, video detection cameras, conduits, conductors, pull boxes, fiber optic cables and equipment, removal of existing street lights, striping, signage, and miscellaneous appurtenant work. Additional required work includes mobilization and demobilization; public posting and notification; traffic regulation and construction area signs; clearing, grubbing, and environmental protection; demobilization; site clean-up and removal of any remaining construction materials or debris, sweeping, removal of any and all traffic regulation and construction area signs; and removal of all environmental protection in South San Francisco, CA. The Contractor is responsible to furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all the work as specified and in accordance with the plans and specifications for the SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TRAFFIC SIGNAL SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS project, PROJECT NO. TR2403, BID NO. 2698. At the time of contract award, the successful Bidder must be legally entitled to perform contracts requiring a Class A Contractor's license. Any Bidder or contractor not so licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law including, but not limited to, any appropriate disciplinary action by the Contractors' State License Board.
