The City anticipates contracts for the engineering and design of various roadway, utility, traffic, parks, and drainage facilities, and for other related services typically associated with the design of these facilities, including surveying, subsurface utility exploration, geotechnical testing, and construction administration and inspection. Assigned projects or tasks may include the design of new infrastructure, upgrades to existing infrastructure, rehabilitation or reconstruction of existing infrastructure, studies or evaluations of new or existing infrastructure, or a combination of the preceding The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to re-advertise this contract if such actions are deemed to be in the City's best interest. The City shall have sole discretion in this matter.
