This project includes the widening of S.R. 3 and Lewis Center Road to add left turn lanes at the intersection. Work includes minor clearing and grubbing, drainage improvements, pavement widening and reconstruction, a new traffic signal and pavement markings. LOCATION :- Genoa Township, Delaware County, Ohio at the intersection of State Route 3 and Lewis Center Road . The Owner requires that all work associated with the project be completed before October 1, 2026. The estimated commencement of work date is October 6, 2025. Question Deadline 09/18/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be posted online, must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
