OSU is seeking proposals only from firms accepted into OSU’s 2019-2023 Professional Consultant Reserve Contracting Program and extended, as applicable. Oregon State University (“OSU” and/or “Owner”) is conducting a competitive ONE STEP Request for Proposals (RFP) process to retain one (1) Design Professional to provide Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding/Permitting, and Construction Administration phase services in support of the Collaborative Aerospace Research Center (the “Project”). The scope of services must include Design Development through Construction Administration/Project Completion. The Design Professional shall select a team of Consultants consisting of at least the following disciplines: architectural, civil engineering, structural engineering, cost estimating, MEPT engineering, Landscape Architecture (may not be required), code, and jurisdictional analysis. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time OSU reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor informalities in compliance with the provisions of OSU standards and policies adopted by OSU. The email subject line should contain the Solicitation Number/Name and Firm Name.
