All trades bid today, with the exception of bid categories #22 - HVAC & Plumbing, & #26 - Electrical, Communications, & Security. These bid categories will now bid 4-10-2024. MANDATORY PRE BID MEETING - March 15, 2024 @ 11:00 AM at Centennial Building, 658Cedar St, St Paul, MN 55146. Arrive and plan to meet downstairs in teh main lobby. Sign in will be requred at the security desk. Plans and specifications are available for review and/or download in our planroom at: http://donlarcorp.pipelinesuite.com. Please follow the instructions that appear on this document to access plans. Addenda will be added as they become available to us. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Donlar's Shoreview office. Emailed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened privately after the bid date, individual work scope results will be available upon request. Contract: Donlar reserves the right to prequalify subcontractors before awarding a contract. Subcontractor/Material Supplier agree that Donlar's Standard Subcontract Agreement shall be the prescribed subcontract form without modification. By submitting a proposal, Subcontractor/Material Supplier acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Standard Subcontract Agreement.
