Renovation of an educational facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovation of Sherwood School comprises of selective demolition, roof repairs, floor replacement, cleaning & waxing, paint, electrical & mechanical work. Work of the project of which work of this contract is a part, is comprised of, but not limited to, the following: Selective demolition and preparation as required and noted on the Drawings to accommodate construction noted below: Removal of existing flooring as shown on the Drawings. Removal of plywood on existing exterior windows and doors. Repair existing surfaces as required. The installation of necessary hoarding around the construction area to facilitate Construction during User occupancy. New flooring and wall finishes to all areas shown on the Drawings. Refinishing and cleaning of existing flooring finishes. All associated mechanical and electrical work. All other work shown on the Drawings.
