For the upgrades at an existing sanitary pump station located at 2 Crandall Street, Pembroke, Ontario. The works include the removal and replacement of all existing piping, pump guiderails, pump bases and all appurtenances within the existing wet well. New pre-purchased pumps provided by the City to the contractor will be re-installed. Work will also include supply and installation of two new inlet grinders including mounting brackets and controls. Works will also include upgrading the existing electrical service complete with new distribution panel and relocation of existing pump control panel. Works will include the removal and rebuild of the existing wet well upper section complete with new access hatches. There will be a requirement for temporary sanitary by-pass pumping during the works. Contract includes site reinstatement of gravel entrance, landscaped areas and all associated work shown on and within the contract documents. Date of construction substantial completion for the project is September 19, 2025.
