Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Pembroke, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The works included at the Crandall Street pumping station include the removal and replacement of all existing pump station piping, pump guiderails, pump bases and all appurtenances within the existing structure. The existing pumps will be reinstalled. Relocation of existing pump control panel and all existing wiring and level control devices. Installation of two new channel grinders including wall mounting brackets and control panel. Upgrading of the existing electrical service entrance including new distribution panel. The works will require the removal of the existing structure top section and the rebuilding of the pump station structure top section including new access hatches. Contract includes reinstatement of gravel and landscaped areas at the site, process upgrades, electrical upgrades, control upgrades and all associated work shown on and within the contract documents. Date of construction substantial completion for the project is October 25, 2024. Complete tender documents may be obtained digitally from Jp2g Consultants Inc., on payment of a non-refundable cost of $25.00 per set, by emailing their office as noted below, after 8:30 a.m. on Thursday March 7, 2024. Cheques should be made payable to Jp2g Consultants Inc., and sent to their Pembroke office by mail. Upon receipt of payment, an email will be provided with the link and password where the documents, drawings and any future addenda may be retrieved. The successful Bidder will be required to file with the City of Pembroke the specified bonds and insurance within ten (10) days of being awarded the Contract.
