The Project Includes Approximately 19,136 Sy of Coldin-place Recycled Asphalt Base Course and the Placement of Approximately 1750 Tons of 9.5 Mm Wearing Course. Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Security in the Amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Total Amount of the Proposal. Proposals Shall Be Effective for 90 Days From The Date of Opening. the Successful Low Bidder Will Be Required to Provide a 100% Performance Bond or Certified Check and a 100% Payment Bond or Certified Check. Proposals Must Be Made Upon the Forms Furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Waive Any Non-material Defects or Irregularities in the Bid, and to Reject Any or All Bids or Portions Thereof. Proposals Must Include the Public Works Employment Verification Form Completed by the Bidder. Liquidated Damages Apply at the Rate of $500.00 Per Calendar Day. This is a Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Project.
