**As of May 7, 2024, the project was awarded to A-1 Excavating LLC in the amount of $2,477,351.25.** The City of Minot is exempt from state and federal excise and sales taxes and no amount for such taxes are to be included in the bid price. The attached bid proposal form shall be used in submitting the bid. The City Council reserves, to itself, the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems necessary and in the best interest of the City of Minot. The supplier is to coordinate with Main Electric Construction Inc. on the delivery. GENERAL The streetlight poles and luminaires are to be the manufacturer's newest and latest model at the time of the bid. Any deviations from the specifications shall be clearly explained and attached to the bid proposal.
