QUESTIONS SHALL BE DIRECTED TO: Vanessa Guzman (520) 837-4375 vanessa.guzman@tucsonaz.gov The City of Tucson intends to establish an annual requirements contract for the purchase of FIRE HYDRANTS and HYDRANT REPAIR PARTS, as per specifications herein. Tucson Water purchased approximately $150,000.00 in Fire Hydrants over the last 12 month period. The City reserves the right to award by group. Following the initial contract period, warrantied parts shall be supplied for a minimum of two years after the initial warranty period. Hydrants and after-warranty parts are to be delivered to various City of Tucson Water department storerooms. All new fire hydrants and repair parts must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), no substitutions will be accepted. The term of the Contract will commence when awarded to Contractor and remain in effect for a period of one (1) year, unless terminated, canceled or extended as otherwise provided herein. The City may, at its sole option, extend the Contract's term for up to four (4) additional one-year periods or portions thereof.
