Renovation of a mixed-use development in N Providence, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
1. Gym Floor: Replacement: Remove and replace the existing gym floor. Assess and repair the subfloor to ensure it is suitable to receive the new gym floor. Incorporate any necessary striping, logos, and relevant floor finishes to provide a turnkey gym floor product. 2. Roof Repair: Thoroughly inspect the roof above the boy's gym to identify potential water entry points. Address any issues related to the roof membrane, skylight, roof drains, parapet, and other relevant areas. Implement necessary repairs to prevent water penetration into the gym. 3. Add Alternate: Provide an alternate proposal for repairing water damage to the ceiling of the boys' gym. Include the option to paint the pipes above the gym as part of the alternate.
