Renovation of a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist generally of replacement of water-cooled chiller CHLR-B679 and HVAC upgrades at the South End Water Pollution Control Centre (SEWPCC). The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) supply and installation of a new water-cooled chiller; (b) supply and installation of a new refrigerant leak detection system; (c) supply and installation of a new refrigerant exhaust system and ductwork; (d) supply and installation of instrumentation and control equipment; (e) Wiring of new controls and interlocks to the existing automation system associated with the new equipment and updating loop tags; (f) provide configuration set points and programming; (g) provision of concrete pad; (h) provision of asbestos abatement to accommodate the Work; (i) completion of minor structural repairs to accommodate the Work as required; (j) demolition and removal of existing equipment to be replaced and; (k) Refer to the drawing set and complete specification for additional details.
