The Project includes the following Work: Lake Street o Approximately 1,070 feet of water main replacement o As-needed road replacement required for installation of water main Grove Street o Approximately 730 feet of water main replacement o As-needed road replacement required for installation of water main Hill Street o Approximately 400 feet of water main replacement o As-needed road replacement required for installation of water main Sheridan Road o Approximately 110 feet of water main replacement o As-needed road replacement required for installation of water main Day Street o Approximately 1,150 feet of sanitary sewer replacement o Road reconstruction including upgrading ADA ramps Vine Street o Approximately 410 feet of water main replacement and 50 feet of storm sewer replacement o Road reconstruction including upgrading ADA ramps Court Street o Approximately 700 feet of water main replacement and 30 feet of storm sewer replacement o Road reconstruction including upgrading ADA ramps Lincoln Street o 220 feet of water main replacement, 750 feet of sanitary sewer replacement, and over 2,000 feet of new storm sewer o Road reconstruction including upgrading ADA ramps Walnut Street o 575 feet of force main o As-needed pavement replacement required for force main installation West Lift Station o Demolition of existing valves, flow meter, surge protection device, and receptacles o Furnishing all material and installing valves, flow meter, surge protection device, and receptacles Camburn Lift Station o Demolition of existing pumps, valves, piping, wet well lid, generator receptacle, wet well instrumentation, main disconnect, and manual transfer switch o Furnishing all material and installing pumps, valves, piping, wet well lid, generator receptacle, wet well instrumentation, and main disconnect/manual transfer switch for a functioning duplex submersible lift station Wastewater Treatment Plant o Installation of permanent 8-inch Inlet Structure bypass piping and isolation valves from existing influent force main into Aerated Pond No. 1, and associated liner repair o Inlet Structure concrete repairs and epoxy coating o Installation of approximately 1,000 lineal feet of 12-inch transfer piping o Installation of one (1) 12-inch slide gate and one (1) 12-inch gate valve in Transfer Structure C o Replacement of one (1) existing 12-inch slide gate with gate valve in Transfer Structure C o Approximately 500 lineal feet of berm repair o Installation of approximately 1,000 lineal feet of pond perimeter 10-feet wide gravel access drive Work includes all associated bypass pumping, appurtenances, and restoration. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Builder's Exchanges are authorized to share the contract documents with other exchanges. Bidding Documents also may be examined at: City of Stanton, 225 S Camburn Street, Stanton, Michigan 48888 Bidding Documents may be viewed and ordered online by registering with the Issuing Office at website. Following registration, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office's website as portable document format (PDF) files. Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials
