The Project includes the following Work: 1. The project will replace the existing undersized emergency generator on the site with a new 80 KW emergency set on a concrete slab. The project will include new electrical components to support the new generator including a new Automatic Transfer Switch located in an adjacent pump control house. The site is located off County Route 69 Airport Road on County Route 72 (Lewis Road) behind the Choconut Center Methodist Church, Johnson City, New York. Contractors shall document good faith efforts to solicit active participation by Minority/Women-owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE) for provision of labor and/or materials as appropriate.
