An consultant has not been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada (RTC) is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from Proponents for the Construction Management Services (CM) contract including, but not limited to, support the RTC and the RTC Program Management Consultant (PMC) Team to perform field inspection oversight, construction observation and oversight, environment compliance, oversight of Contractor's or Contractors' Quality Control Program, oversight, scheduling and coordination with Quality Assurance consultant (RFSOQ 20- 031 ISP (QA)), technical coordination related to engineering review and monitoring, project management, public relations, utility coordination, maintenance of traffic coordination and surveillance, change order and owner controlled allowance evaluation and recommendations, claims avoidance, and dispute resolution SBE goal of 12.8% RTC Board Approval/Contract Award July 11, 2024 Anticipated NTP July 22, 2024 Contract Duration: 760 Days (25 Months) Question Deadline 03/28/2024 at 3:00 PM PT RTC to award a contract and it reserves the right to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications received The RTC reserves the right to withdraw this RFSOQ at any time without prior notice, and makes no representations that any Contract will be awarded to any Proponent responding to this RFSOQ. The RTC expressly reserves the right to postpone Statement of Qualifications opening for its own convenience, to waive any informality or irregularity in the Statement of Qualifications received, and to reject any and all Statement of Qualifications responding to this RFSOQ without indicating any reasons for such rejection.
